  Can anyone come up with a filter that shows stocks 1)price under 5.00 2)Avg Volume (30) over 250000 3) Must make a new 90 day high,but not making a 90 day high in the previous 90 days 4)Must make a 90 day high w/100% volume increase from the previous day 5)Must break and close above upper Bollinger Band (20).This set up does not happen everyday,but when it does,good things happen.Thanks,Mike.........

  Thank you for the quick response.I'll try to narrow it down to these three stocks to use as a model.As you can see,once they start breaking out of a low consolidation,they can move up pretty fast.Whatever criteria is needed,take your best shot.I noticed the stocks that consolidate the longest,increase the fastest.Once I get a few good candidates,I'll post entry,exit and stop loss criteria.1)SNSS 2)NVTL 3)MEDG......

 This is a filter to find stocks that are making new high after recent ones , right?
 When do you scan  with this filter after market close, o4 after market open?

  John,to find a stock before it breaks out means observation & stalking,but no breakout confirmation.Any filters for it? Mike...
