it spiked up yesterday on merger report. Some months back it spiked like this and kept going up next day.

PUT volume is heavy on FACT.
That's a very low volume stock.
Only 131k shrs. traded so far.
edit:
problem is, I don't know if those puts were SOLD or bought.
