Will add to my current TVIX short position at $44.00 if needed. This trade is running against a backwardation in VIX futures which is driving TVIX up.

Getting beat up on my TVIX trade - now short 1000 shares at $41.50. The trade has been signaled by no less than 5 of the 10 filters comprising my TVIX system, which has had a stellar record over the past 5 years. The complicating factor is that VIX futures are in backwardation (actually at a high level) and this needs to be worked through before this trade sees any green.
No further adding to this position - I'll wait this one out as long as needed.
